Анотація: В статті розглянуто особливості врахування невизначеності у судженнях експертів за допомогою використання нечітких відношень переваги у методі парних порівнянь при здійсненні оцінювання можливості коригування видів робіт над виробом у структурі методів праці. Наведено особливості, декомпозицію, алгоритм використання методу парних порівнянь для оцінювання можливості коригування видів робіт над виробом. При оцінюванні видів робіт, які підлягають коригуванню або виключенню за сформованими критеріями відбору, в рамках запропонованого алгоритму виконуються етапи, пов’язані із знаходженням вектору за критеріями відбору, проведенням ранжування та виявленням видів робіт, які потребують коригування. В результаті запропоновано алгоритм оцінювання можливості коригування видів робіт над виробом, що ґрунтується на теорії нечітких множин та дозволяє зменшити затрати праці на виконання методів праці.
Abstract: The article describes the features of the account of uncertainty in the judgments of experts through the use of fuzzy preference relations to evaluate the possibility of adjusting the types of work over the product in the structure of the methods of labor. There is shown the features, decomposition, the algorithm of usage of method of paired comparisons to evaluate the possibility of adjusting the types of work over the product. In evaluating the types of work to be correcting or eliminating on the basis of constructed selection criteria, algorithm performs the steps to find a vector selection criteria, execute of ranking and identify the types of work that require correction. As a result it’s suggested an algorithm of estimating the possibility of adjusting the types of work over the product, which is based on the theory of fuzzy sets and gives the possibility to reduce labor costs for execution of methods of labor.
